At the Customer Premises
The TT-Office IP Centrex service is provided as an end-to-end solution, enabling us to offer you a fully approved and operational system.
At the customer premises, this includes the cabling and end devices such as SIP phones on the desktop, soft phones and consoles.
For businesses that already have cabling in place, we can utilise your existing cabling, provided an Audit is completed and the on-premises cabling and equipment confirmed as suitable to run the TT-Office voice services. Alternatively, if you are confident in the capabilities of your local network, you can self certify.
TT-Office will provide and provision hardware from our list of tested and supported devices and will provide service and support contracts to ensure the end-to-end system provides the quality of service required.
IP handsets and soft phones can be provisioned through a self fulfillment service which provides MAC address management and simplifies the administrative overhead of setting up the system.
We provide an audit facility to ensure your local area network (LAN) will support quality voice and we will recommend enhancements or highlight potential issues. For those with the internal IT resources, a facility for self certification of the LAN audit is provided.
