At the Customer Premises

The TT-Office IP Centrex service is provided as an end-to-end solution, enabling us to offer you a fully approved and operational system.

At the customer premises, this includes the cabling and end devices such as SIP phones on the desktop, soft phones and consoles.

For businesses that already have cabling in place, we can utilise your existing cabling, provided an Audit is completed and the on-premises cabling and equipment confirmed as suitable to run the TT-Office voice services. Alternatively, if you are confident in the capabilities of your local network, you can self certify.

TT-Office will provide and provision hardware from our list of tested and supported devices and will provide service and support contracts to ensure the end-to-end system provides the quality of service required.

IP handsets and soft phones can be provisioned through a self fulfillment service which provides MAC address management and simplifies the administrative overhead of setting up the system.

We provide an audit facility to ensure your local area network (LAN) will support quality voice and we will recommend enhancements or highlight potential issues. For those with the internal IT resources, a facility for self certification of the LAN audit is provided.

IP Extension allows you to deploy IP based telephone extensions as a hosted service to businesses. Network Audit

We know that many organisations are unwilling to invest in alternative suppliers unless they are convinced of the financial and operational benefits are comfortable that their organisation is technically ready to adopt new technologies.

LAN & WAN network audits provide an insight into the technical communications profile of a company. These can then be developed, through bespoke auditing services, to examine selected areas of customers’ estates to assess communications effectiveness, cost rationalisation, IP and wireless compatibility and security profiling.

Our staff perform an on-site visit during a Network Audit and provide a detailed report.

Remote PBX Audit

We use a Remote Audit Analysis Tool that enables us to remotely analyse your PBX system. This negates the need to send engineers to site and ensures the validity and accuracy of data. The report enables us to understand your existing system and assists us with planning the most effective and cost saving use of the TT-Office solution.

A 100 port site can be fully analysed in less than 30mins, which is 20 times faster than a traditional approach and has also negated the need to travel.
