TT-Executive
The TT-Executive solution solves the problem of getting hold of these 'nomadic' staff by including a personal number that will reach staff at any location. The intelligent Number has a “pull to me” service that routes calls to the user's chosen device, anywhere, fixed or mobile. This service reduces abandoned calls and ensures that important calls are answered promptly. Voicemail and a Web Assistant ,enabling PC-based control of calls and messages, are included.
TT-VIP
The ultimate telephony solution for the most demanding of users handling business critical calls.

Options include Call Recording, Presence, and access to PBX-like features such as transfer, hold, and 'ring again' from any device, anywhere.

 

In addition to the facilities included in the TT-Executive package, TT-VIP includes the option to record calls and route calls to the user's nominated alternative contact when the user is unavailable.

Some staff are regularly involved in business critical calls which the business will benefit from the call being recorded. These could include conference calls to avoid note taking or calls to suppliers and customers which have a complex or sensitive content. TT-VIP is the natural choice for these people. It combines the advantages of a personal number with call recording. Call recordings are stored centrally and accessed from either a phone of a web browser.
